What Costs Are Involved In Incorporating?

The fees involved in incorporating your business vary greatly depending on whether you do it yourself, have an incorporation service prepare and file your corporate documents, or use an attorney. Incorporation services will generally cost $350-$700 plus the filing fee for your state, by the time that you purchase everything that you need to incorporate and complete your corporate organization.

Incorporation services may advertise a special rate, such as $99 for a corporation, but that amount is only for filing of your articles with the state and does not include everything that you need to incorporate or everything that is included in our package.

One service that we checked advertises a $99 incorporation. When we priced the complate package the price is actually $404; $524 if you want expedited service; and that is before adding the state filing fee. Services have differnet pricing schemes, but generally we have found the price to be between $350-$500 for a complete incorporation.

The total price for other services that we checked from a simple Google search came up with the following total prices: $684, $404, $368, $512...you get the picture. Attorneys will generally charge $500 or more plus the state filing fee.

Our complete incorporation package costs only $49.95. Additionally, when you purchase our package, you will recieve a coupon for one free year of registered agent service; a value of $99. This is a fee that you will normally pay when using an incorporation service, so to compare our products to a usual fee charged by an incorporation service you need to subtract an additional $99. Not only does that make our products FREE, but leaves you with another $50.
